DONATE

How can I help?

There are a number of ways you can make an impact through giving— from monetary donations to promoting awareness, there is no gift too big or small. Thank you for sharing in our mission to improve the lives of children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and/or neglect.

Your donation has a significant impact on our ability to support our volunteers and provide for our community's foster children. We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization as defined in the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Every December our office turns into Santa’s workshop, filled with toys, clothing and gifts for the children we serve. It’s all part of The Christmas Project, an annual effort to ensure that each child we serve receives at least one outfit of clothing and a gift for Christmas. Providing gifts for nearly 1,000 children each year isn’t something we could do on our own. We need dedicated sponsors to help make Christmas wishes come true for children of all ages across Northeast Louisiana.

Every day more and more children are placed in the state foster care system. Many of these children, right here in our region, are available for adoption and need permanent loving families to call their own. With the help of talented photographers willing to volunteer their time, we are able to capture each child’s unique beauty and personality and use those photos in a traveling exhibit of portraits, Our hope is to raise awareness of the great need for fostering and adoption in our community, and ultimately find each child a “forever family”.
